Full-time, temporary position near Banbury, offering up to £29,000 per year depending on experience. Are you an experienced administrator seeking your next opportunity? Would you like to work for an internationally-recognised events company providing outstanding administrative support? This role involves supporting the resource team in recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting onboarding of new staff and updating portals
  • Scheduling rotas and reconciling shift hours for accurate costing
  • Managing payroll and liaising with team members and agencies for accuracy
  • Processing new starters and leavers in the system
  • Updating contract information as needed
  • Performing additional administrative duties as required
