A local conservation charity in Nottingham is hiring an HR Administration Officer to provide proactive support in HR processes and systems. The role involves assisting with HR inquiries, implementing policies, and maintaining HR metrics. Ideal candidates should have prior HR administration experience and display strong communication skills. The position supports hybrid working and involves travel across the county.
We are looking for a HR Administration Officer to join our small, but mighty team to drive best practice whilst providing a proactive and engaging HR support service, with an emphasis on HR administration, procedures, systems & reporting. No two days are ever the same, but some of the main responsibilities would include:
