Overview

We are looking for a HR Administration Officer to join our small, but mighty team to drive best practice whilst providing a proactive and engaging HR support service, with an emphasis on HR administration, procedures, systems & reporting. No two days are ever the same, but some of the main responsibilities would include:

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with internal and external HR related enquiries and requests
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies
  • Administration of our HR Information System ensuring data is up to date
  • Assisting in the recruitment process
  • Delivering a great on-boarding and off-boarding experience for new joiners and leavers
  • Assisting and supporting on HR projects and providing administrative support
  • Creating and maintaining regular reports on HR metrics
  • Has a passion for growing their HR career through exposure to new and exciting challenges
  • Holds previous experience of HR administration
  • Is a confident communicator
  • Has experience of working with systems and processes, with attention to detail
