Job description

The HR Admin Volunteer ensures that HR documentation is updated, organised, and accessible. This role supports the recruitment process by maintaining records and facilitating communication logistics for interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the Recruitment Screening Tracker promptly.
Track candidate progress through different recruitment stages and update records accordingly.
Coordinate logistics during interview scheduling (sending reminders, providing links).
Assist during interview processes by ensuring necessary documentation and support are provided.
Support the HR Manager in maintaining HRrelated documentation (e.g., volunteer agreements, directories).

Skills and Attributes:

Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient with spreadsheets and basic HR administrative tools.
