Job Title: HR Administrator


Pay: £14-£15 per hour


Location: City of London ️


Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm


Type: Temporary - Full Time

What you'll be doing:



  • Supporting the HR team with day-to-day admin across a buzzing, creative environment.

  • Managing employee records and updating HR systems.

  • Assisting with onboarding new talent and coordinating freelance/contractor paperwork.

  • Scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers.

  • Being a friendly point of contact for HR queries across the business.

  • Previous experience in HR admin or a similar support role.

  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.

  • Confident using MS Office and HR platforms.
