Job description

HR Administrator c8 weeks

  • £120-£130 per day
  • c8 weeks
  • 5 days onsite – West Kensington
  • ASAP start


We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy, professional HR team for an 8-week temporary role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle: posting adverts, arranging interviews, completing onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records and update the HR system (HRIS).

  • Assist with payroll prep, pension submissions, and benefit admin.

  • Draft employment contracts, variation letters, and other HR documentation.

  • Manage new starter, probation, and leaver processes.

  • Attend HR meetings (e.g. disciplinaries) to take minutes.

About You:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or studying towards).

  • Proven experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment support.

  • Confident using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Available immediately or on short notice.
