Join Our Team as an HR Admin Advisor with Compass Group, based onsite at King’s College Hospital, where we provide all soft FM services including Catering, Cleaning, Portering, Reception, Switchboard, and Security services.

Are you passionate about people and eager to support a world-class healthcare team? We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be a key support for our workforce, ensuring they are supported, empowered, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care.

As an HR Admin Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing efficient, confidential, and high-quality support to hospital staff. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, coordinating onboarding, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to support staff effectively and professionally
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset for supporting a diverse, inclusive workplace
  • Prior experience in HR or a similar administrative role (preferred)
  • CIPD Level 3 (preferred), but training can be provided via the apprenticeship scheme
