Join Our Team as an HR Admin Advisor with Compass Group, based onsite at King's College Hospital, providing all of the soft FM services, including Catering, Cleaning, Portering, Reception, Switchboard, and Security services!

Are you passionate about people and excited to support a world-class healthcare team? We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our workforce is supported, empowered, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care.

As an HR Admin Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing efficient, confidential, and high-quality support to our hospital staff. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organization.

We are looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to support staff effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset to support our diverse, inclusive workplace.
  • Prior experience in HR or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • CIPD Level 3 is preferred, but not essential as training can be offered through the apprenticeship scheme.
