Join Our Team as an HR Admin Advisor with Compass Group, based onsite at King's College Hospital, where we provide all soft FM services including Catering, Cleaning, Portering, Reception, Switchboard, and Security services. Are you passionate about supporting people and excited to contribute to a world-class healthcare team? We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin Advisor to join our dynamic HR team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing efficient, confidential, and high-quality support to our hospital staff. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to support staff effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset to support our diverse, inclusive workplace.
  • Prior experience in HR or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • CIPD Level 3 is preferred but not essential; training can be offered via the apprenticeship scheme.
