  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction schedules.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from staff and escalate when necessary.
  • Support payroll processing by providing required employee data.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and manage HR calendars efficiently.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by the HR team.
