Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction schedules.
- Respond to HR-related queries from staff and escalate when necessary.
- Support payroll processing by providing required employee data.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and manage HR calendars efficiently.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the HR team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
- A good understanding of HR processes and legislation
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- A professional and approachable manner.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the not-for-profit sector.
