Join Our Dynamic Team as a HR Administrator!


Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a global, high-growth financial technology organisation? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months (ongoing!). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping others, this is the opportunity for you!


Location: Shepherds Bush, London


Branch: Office Angels South West London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing (Min 3 months)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon - Fri
Pay: £14-£16 per hour


What You'll Do:


As our HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our organisation, playing a vital role in ensuring our team members feel welcomed and supported. Your responsibilities will include:


  1. Onboarding New Hires: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinate orientation programmes, and facilitate introductions to key team members.
  2. HR Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  3. Employee Documentation: Assist with employee documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  4. Training Coordination: Help identify training needs, source external providers, and track training completion to support employee skill development.
  5. Engaging Events: Plan and execute exciting employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programmes that foster a positive culture.
  6. Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, collaborating with managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.
  7. Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits programmes, communicate offerings, and assist with enrolment and claims processes.
