HR Administrator c8 weeks
  • £18.57 per hour + holiday pay
  • Duration: 8 weeks
  • Location: West Kensington, 4 days onsite, 1 day from home
  • Immediate start

We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy, professional HR team for an 8-week temporary role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the full recruitment cycle: posting adverts, arranging interviews, completing onboarding.
  2. Maintain employee records and update the HR system (HRIS).
  3. Assist with payroll preparation, pension submissions, and benefits administration.
  4. Draft employment contracts, variation letters, and other HR documentation.
  5. Manage new starter, probation, and leaver processes.
  6. Attend HR meetings (e.g., disciplinaries) to take minutes.
About You:
  • Proven experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment support.
  • Confident using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Available immediately or on short notice.
