Qualifications

• Physically able to lift and move linen packs and trolleys.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or laundry environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants by delivering and replenishing guest room supplies.
• Remove rubbish and debris from guest rooms and corridors.
• Transport linen, amenities, and other items as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas and service corridors.
• Respond promptly to requests from the Housekeeping team and other departments.
• Ensure all equipment and trolleys are kept clean and in good working order.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping team.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the Housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

What you will do

• Assist Room Attendants by delivering and replenishing guest room supplies

• Remove rubbish and debris from guest rooms and corridors

• Transport linen, amenities, and other items as required

• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas and service corridors

• Respond promptly to requests from the Housekeeping team and other departments

• Ensure all equipment and trolleys are kept clean and in good working order

What We’re Looking For

• This is a physically demanding role, so you must be able to lift and move linen packs and trolleys

• Fluency in spoken English

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or laundry environment is an advantage

• Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a well-presented appearance are essential

• Candidates must hold the right to work in the UK.

Schedule and hours

• Full time role: 40 hours per week, based on five 8-hour shifts

• Flexibility is essential as shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Shift patterns are 7am - 3:30pm and 2pm - 10:30pm
