Qualifications

  • Experience in housing management and services for older persons required.
  • Significant knowledge of customer group and service type, including safeguarding.
  • Full Driving Licence required.

Job description

Housing with Support Manager

Location: Derby

Salary: £27,563

This role

We are seeking an experienced Housing with Support Manager to provide on-site housing management, enabling people to live as independently as possible with maximum choice and control. You will be part of a team responsible for the daily operation of the service, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all regulatory and contractual commitments are met. Please ensure this experience is reflected on your CV.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Expert knowledge of services for older persons and a good understanding of housing management.
  • Ability to deliver advice and support to customers with diverse needs and work effectively with external agencies, including the local authority.
  • Significant knowledge of this customer group and service type, including safeguarding, and good administration skills, including IT reporting and procurement systems.
  • Ability to work with customers to provide stimulating activities that promote wellbeing and community, and offer a supportive, reassuring presence, especially during challenging times.
  • Full Driving Licence required.

We will conduct an enhanced DBS check, including the Adult Barred list, upon an employment offer, with rechecks every three years.
