Job summary

Depaul is a cross-border charity dedicated to ending homelessness by supporting marginalised individuals, couples and families. This role focuses on providing engagement and personalised support, signposting and case work in a housing-led, harm-reduction framework.

Daily reception tasks and coordination with key workers are included. With 35-hour weeks, the position offers a permanent contract and opportunities for professional development within a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A–C including Maths and English are required.
• 1 year paid relevant work experience or 2 years relevant volunteering.
• Good IT skills and ability to use IT systems to record client information.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for service users, agencies, contractors and visitors; maintain a warm, professional environment.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met and building checks are completed.
• Carry out project administration tasks and maintain service user records.
• Support other team members, contribute to handovers and attend training.
