Job description

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Housing Triage Officer for our clients based in North West London.

Our client is looking for a Housing Triage Officer to join their busy team.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting basic homeless triage assessments to determine the housing needs of potentially homeless customers.
  2. Providing honest advice and managing expectations, including having difficult conversations with clients.
  3. Managing a caseload for clients with changes in circumstances, communicating effectively via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  4. Working in a fast-paced environment and helping to manage day-to-day assessments as well as emergency homeless applications.
  5. Attending the office 2 days a week, subject to change, and conducting face-to-face assessments.
