Overview

Job Advertisement: Housing Trainers (NEC - Housing Business System)

Location: Croydon, London

Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)

Daily Rate: £500 - £540 per day Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Hybrid working with requirement to attend the office at least once per month for collaboration workshops. There may be other times according to business need, but this could be negotiated

Role Overview

As the Systems Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services utilise their line of business applications effectively. With your expertise in training and curriculum development, you will prepare engaging course materials and deliver impactful training sessions that foster understanding and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive NEC Housing training, including new starter system overviews.
  • Design and maintain effective training resources.
  • Assist in housing needs, repairs, and voids training.
  • Manage ad hoc training requests and assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside developers.
  • Develop online resources, videos, and process mapping to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide classroom and one-on-one coaching tailored to individual training needs.
  • Regularly report on training progress and coverage, identifying areas for further sessions.

  • Proven experience in delivering training, particularly in NEC Housing systems.

  • Ability to navigate data compliance and reporting with ease.
