Overview

We have an opportunity available for a full-time Housing Team Leader to join the team working across our Knowsley Supported Housing services. You will be based at our St Pauls court service located in Prescot, Merseyside L35 5JF.

Salary: £26,117 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks that ensure all of the properties that we own or have management responsibility for are maintained in a safe, habitable condition and support the delivery of efficient and high-quality standard housing management.

The role includes carrying out and supporting staff to carry out property maintenance, health and safety checks, liaising with landlords, and supporting the people we assist to maintain their properties. As a Housing Team Leader, you'll need to be ready to work with others as part of a team, lending your support and encouragement to your colleagues whenever they need it.

Access to your own mode of transport is essential for this role as you will be required to travel across Knowsley.

Qualifications
