Description

During your night shift, you will be primarily responsible for creating and maintaining a calm and settled environment at the project, denying access to unauthorised visitors and responding to emergency calls as required.

During waking hours (8.00pm - 11.00pm and 7.00am - 8.00am), you will be responsible for general health and safety, as well as maintaining the security of the building. You will encourage and enable young people to recognise, accept, and successfully cope with the responsibilities that living in a YPS project entails, particularly involving the terms of their Licence Agreement.

You will provide appropriate support to residents if required during your shift, for which additional payments may be available.

Night shifts are paid at £91.84 per night (including 4 hours @ £12.21 and a £43.00 sleep-in element).
