Hi, I’m F and I live in Barrhead. I am looking for someone who has patience, understanding and a creative mind to ensure that I am supported to get the best out of life.
I enjoy spending time in my beautiful garden, getting out for drives to the coast or even just relaxing in my room with my sensory projector screen on. I have my own car and like to get out and about in it, therefore I would need you to have your own driving licence to support me with this.
When it comes to supporting me, I require someone who can keep me safe and who can help me maximise my potential. You must have strong core values, have patience and can show empathy.

You would be part of a core team supporting F and would work alongside colleagues who support other individuals who live in the same house as F. The role involves some lone-working and shift patterns across seven days on a rotational three-week basis.
OurBarrhead Projectis based in theEast Renfrewshirearea of Glasgow provides a housing support & care at home service to adults with learning and physical disabilities.The project provides practical day to day support to individuals, helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle and facilitating community inclusion, above all having fun!
