Hi, I’m C and I live in the Crookfur area of Newton Mearns. I love my home and the team that support me to remain safe and well here.

I have support every day and I really look forward to staff coming to my house. I like staff to help me get ready for my day so I can attend and participate in the groups and activities that I am involved with. I take pride in my home, and need your help to keep this the way I like it. When I am being supported, I like someone who is friendly and chatty and who will take the time to get to know my likes and interests.

Are you ready to make a real difference to me and people like me?

You would be part of a team supporting C and another gentleman who lives quite close by, in the Crookfur area of Newton Mearns. The role involves lone-working and shift patterns across seven days on a rotational three week basis, with occasional split shifts.

What’s in it for You?

When you join our team at The Mungo Foundation, you’ll enjoy numerous benefits, including:

  • Access to our benefits scheme - Mungo Money, offering Supermarket Discounts, Fuel Savings, Cinema & Restaurant Discounts, Savings on Your Next Family Holiday, Reduced Gym Membership Costs, and access to our Cycle to Work Scheme
  • 33 days’ annual leave (based on 38 hours per week)
  • Extensive Training and Development opportunities

If successful but unqualified, you will work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with SSSC requirements, with our support.

Working with us means you’re not just starting a job; you’re joining a community of dedicated individuals making a real impact in the lives of the people we support.

If you’re ready for a fulfilling career where you can be part of C’s incredible journey, apply now. Let’s make a difference together!
