You will be working as part of a team, managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area, providing an intensive Housing Management Service to a core group of people. This includes directly supporting tenants to manage their tenancies, assisting with benefit claims, and providing information on relevant support services nearby.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial and regular assessments of potential or actual service users, including risks, needs, and requirements, to determine eligibility for the service and taking necessary actions to ensure delivery.
• Collaborating with the Asset Management team to maintain property standards, report repairs promptly, and ensure properties are suitable for letting and safe for occupation.

You will be expected to maintain high professional standards and service levels, treating everyone with dignity and respect. You will also work collaboratively with internal partners in Quality, Policy, HR, Finance, and IT to deliver the best possible service to users.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role
• Enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months. If you are on the update service, you could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if not currently held
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
