Job Title: Housing Support Officer (Weekends/Days)

Our client, a renowned young person's homeless charity based across East Surrey, is seeking a Housing Support Officer (Weekends/Days) to provide personal development opportunities to young people in their supported housing services (low-medium needs) located in Redhill.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support residents and perform housing duties, including inducting residents into their accommodation, explaining terms of the licence, and ensuring understanding of health and safety issues.
2. Adopt a trauma-informed approach by involving supported individuals, developing, reviewing, and updating developmental support plans, and maintaining accurate records of events and observations.
3. Respond to emergency situations in other services and understand the on-call process.
