Housing Support Officer – Oxford

Pay: £15.50–£16.20/hour | Start: ASAP

Do you enjoy helping people get back on their feet and stay there? We’re looking for a Housing Support Officer to join our team in the Oxford area, supporting individuals with complex needs to keep their homes and live more independently.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting people one-to-one to help them stay in their homes
• Creating personalised support plans that make a real difference
• Working with other services like health teams, councils, and social care
• Helping with budgeting, tenancy advice, and accessing local support
• Making regular home visits and keeping clear records
• Being there in a crisis when someone needs urgent help

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in housing support, social care, or similar
• Good understanding of tenancy support and safeguarding
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage your own caseload
• Driving licence and access to a car is a plus
