The Role

As a Housing Support Officer, you will play a key role in helping residents build brighter futures. You'll provide practical housing-related support, working closely with individuals to manage their tenancies, engage in personal development activities, and prepare for independent living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residents, providing tailored housing support and advice
  • Monitor rent accounts, encourage timely payments, and address arrears
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver wrap-around support
  • Support residents in accessing training, employment, and move-on housing
  • Tackle anti-social behaviour in accordance with tenancy/licence agreements
