Job description

We have a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a full-time office based role in a small, friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the Housing Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing and shaping a brilliant housing service for all our residents.

As a small organisation with 94 properties on one site, Epsom and Ewell Housing Association (EEHA) is able to provide a flexible, personalised approach where staff are given enough time to focus on residents’ needs. The work is interesting and varied and at all levels. Your day could involve organising a coffee morning, signing up a new resident, liaising with external support agencies or resolving maintenance issues.

Our ideal candidate will be customer focused with great organisational skills and a collaborative and ‘can do’ style; someone who enjoys working in a small team, with minimal supervision. We value experience, but believe enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter the most. So, if you are a proactive, practical and problem solving person, we’d love to hear from you.

EEHA offers a range of benefits (currently under review).

To find out more and how to apply, please email gina@eeha.org.uk or calling Gina Betteridge, Housing Services Manager, on 01372 748558.
