Join the Caridon Foundation Team: Supporting People in a Life Beyond Housing!

Caridon Foundation provides supported accommodation in Brent, Croydon and Harlow. We offer care, support, and one-to-one supervision on a weekly basis, conducting key work sessions based on a person-centred approach. We adhere to Housing Benefit Regulations and the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF).

Our mission is to support tenants in achieving independence through tailored housing plans, risk assessments, and ongoing support. Responsibilities include weekly client contact, tenancy management, budgeting, addressing rent arrears, facilitating repairs, conducting property and safety inspections, and collaborating with external agencies. The role also involves addressing antisocial behaviour, promoting well-being, and managing tenancy breakdowns.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of team management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and knowledge of Health & Safety standards, including first aid and hygiene protocols.

This post is subject to an Enhanced Criminal Record Check (DBS).
