Job summary

A not-for-profit housing association in London is seeking a Housing Support Officer. You will be responsible for property inspections, health and safety checks, and direct customer interaction. The role of Housing Support Officerwill include:

  • Completing property inspections
  • Completing health and safety compliance checks
  • Updating resident information forms
  • Regular contact with customers within their properties or while in the community, escalating any concerns to the local Housing team
  • Extensive travel throughout the geographical area covered
  • Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in either customer service or property inspection
  • Knowledge of compliance and health and safety
  • Great organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise your own diary
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines
  • Competent using mobile technology to complete worksheets
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
