Housing Support Officer

4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to work for a rewarding Charity.

• 35 hours per week
• Monday- Friday
• Shift Rota - 9am - 5pm
• Home working between property and office visits
• Full driving license and car owner essential
• GBP17.38 per hour via Umbrella Company
• Ongoing temp contract and permanent options

This role will manage 22 properties across Derby helping tenants including vulnerable adults and families with tenancy sustainment. You will assist with benefit claims, signposting to support services and conduct assessments with tenants. You will also liaise with the Assets and Repairs Team to ensure properties are to standard.

The ideal candidate will have past experience in a housing or property related role with experience supporting service users and tenants with tenancy sustainment.
