The role

Housing Support Officer will include:

  1. Completing property inspections
  2. Completing health and safety compliance checks
  3. Updating resident information forms
  4. Regular contact with customers within their properties or while in the community, escalating any concerns to the local Housing team
  5. Extensive travel throughout the geographical area covered
Skills and experiences:
  1. Previous experience within either customer service or property inspection
  2. Self motivated with attention to detail and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
  3. Knowledge of compliance and health and safety
  4. Great organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise your own diary
  5. Clear communication skills
  6. Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines
  7. Competent using mobile technology to complete worksheets
  8. Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
