Role: Housing Support Assistant

Job Type: Temp / Ad hoc shifts

Pay rate: upto £14 / pr hr including holiday pay [PAYE]

Hours: full-time / part-time

Location: West London [Ealing , Hanwell , South Ealing ]


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality housing and support services
  • Manage intake, paperwork, and rent processing
  • Conduct wellbeing, facilities checks, and emergency evacuations
  • Handle incidents, anti-social behaviour, and health & safety tasks
  • Offer a listening ear and signpost to relevant support services

Requirements:

  • First Aid & Fire Marshal certification
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently & handle emergencies
