Housing Strategy Project Manager needed in Harrow

The rate is £24.03ph PAYE.

The successful candidate will develop, implement, monitor, and review strategies and policies for the Housing department in support of corporate, community, and regional objectives. These will be integrated, evidence-based, effective, and meet the authority’s statutory obligations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Achieving effective housing strategy and policy-related consultation, communications, and publicity to key housing stakeholders.
2. Examining new legislation, regulations, and good practices relating to the housing service, and briefing senior managers and members on the implications and options for service development.
