Additional Salary Information:

Plus Market Premia payment of £2,500 per year until 31 December 2027

Plus Golden Hello payment of £3,793 (T&C applies)

Role Overview:

You will be leading one of our most dynamic teams within the Council. The Housing Standards Team responds to complaints about Housing Conditions in the private sector and delivers our selective, additional and mandatory licensing schemes.
