Ashfield District Council is seeking a Technical Officer to join our Environmental Health Residential Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will investigate housing complaints, inspect residential properties, support HMO and licensing activities, and help improve housing standards and public health across the district. The role requires proactive, customer-focused communication and strong organisational skills.

Competenze

• Experience of working within housing, environmental health, regulatory services, property management or a related field would be advantageous.

Mansioni
