Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Housing Specialists to join a Housing Team that embeds housing expertise across adult mental health services. You will provide housing advice to service users, travel across the Crawley area to sites, and work face-to-face or virtually according to need.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, processes and practice.
• Experience providing housing advice services to vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist housing advice, assistance and interventions to prevent homelessness and secure settled housing.
• Prepare information for formal applications on behalf of Local Housing Authority.
• Collaborate across local mental health and housing systems to ensure timely input.
