Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice and solutions on housing options, ensuring a customer-centred approach with sensitivity to equality and diversity.
2. Manage a caseload of homelessness applications, applying up-to-date case law to make robust, legally compliant decisions.
3. Coordinate temporary accommodation placements in line with legislation and best practices.
4. Cultivate relationships with private sector landlords to expand housing options and prevent homelessness.
5. Prepare accurate case files and reports, ensuring transparency, quality, and adherence to financial regulations.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
