Pay rate £21.47 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Housing Solutions Officer to work with Manchester City Council. The role involves delivering high-quality support to service users, managing risks through assessment, and creating tailored plans considering individual needs.

The role also includes assisting service users to engage with statutory and voluntary support services, ensuring they are appropriately supported to contribute actively to the community. Additionally, the officer will provide advice and expertise to partner agencies to promote the service and advocate for the rights of Manchester's vulnerable residents.
