Kirklees Council is seeking Apprentices for the Advice and Assessment Team. As an Apprentice in the Advice and Assessment Team, you will play a key role in supporting the assessment of housing needs for individuals and families. You will assist in identifying suitable housing options and contribute to early intervention and prevention work to help people find and maintain safe, affordable homes.You will also act as a key support mechanism for Housing Solutions Officers, who manage large and complex caseloads.
Your support will help ensure that customers receive timely and effective assistance.The primary purpose of the Advice and Assessment Team is to prevent homelessness and provide housing solutions to families, couples, and single people aged 22 and over.
