Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is creating a new Social Worker (Housing) role across hybrid offices in London and nationally. You will bring professional social work expertise into housing, health and social care interfaces to improve outcomes for residents and reduce gaps between services.

You’ll undertake holistic assessments, identify risks, and work with residents to co-create practical solutions with housing and statutory partners.

Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with registration in the UK.
• Experience in adult social care, mental health, safeguarding.
• Ability to work across housing, health and social care interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist social work expertise to residents facing vulnerability and develop practical housing-social care solutions.
• Lead multi-agency planning and safeguarding, applying Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and safeguarding principles within housing settings.
