Housing Repairs Co-ordinators needed in Islington, £17.38ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1504868

Knowledge and understanding of current issues relating to social housing and social housing repairs.

1. Diagnose repairs accurately, raise orders on IT systems to contractors, and book appointments.
2. Work in a contact centre answering high volume of calls to meet targets.
3. Handle phone enquiries professionally, politely, sensitively, and efficiently, ensuring high standards of customer care, including appropriate greetings and communication tailored to customer needs.
4. Communicate effectively with other departments, agencies, and contractors.
5. Process service requests accurately according to policy, providing advice and information to customers, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation like the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act.
6. Proactively collaborate with team members to improve customer service delivery and conduct outbound calls as needed.
7. Manage customer complaints following the complaints procedure and escalate cases to Team Leaders when appropriate.

This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
