Driscoll Kingston & Co Limited is seeking a Housing Repair Breach Handler to support a fast-paced housing breach team. You will review cases, draft proceedings and witness statements, and liaise with clients, landlords and solicitors. Strong CPR knowledge and empathy for social housing tenants are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with legal case review and breach actions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, landlords and solicitors.
• Understanding of social housing tenancy contexts.

Responsibilities

• Review cases to ascertain whether further legal breach action is appropriate.
• Drafting Proceedings and Applications
• Drafting Witness statements
• Good Knowledge of CPR
• Dealing with Social Housing Tenants
• Drafting Application and Part 8 proceedings
• Send routine correspondence to Clients, landlords and Solicitors.
• Liaising with experts, counsel.
• Preparation of Court hearing bundles
