We are seeking 2 enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Housing Renewal and Adaptations Caseworker team.

Responsibilities include assisting applicants with housing grants and loan applications, and performing administrative tasks related to housing grants and loans.

The role involves liaising with grant applicants, Occupational Therapists, surveyors, contractors, and suppliers. It will be a mix of office/remote work and visits to applicants' homes to complete paperwork for housing adaptation and repair grants and loans.

After training, duties will include assessing clients' needs for disabled adaptations and recommending suitable medium-sized housing adaptations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
