Job summary

We are partnering with a highly regarded national law firm in Leeds to recruit a Paralegal for the Housing Management & Property Litigation team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of housing matters and the chance to develop technical, advocacy and client-facing skills.

You will support solicitors, draft documents, prepare trial bundles and engage with courts, while building your own caseload in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree in Law or a relevant subject.
• Housing Management or Property Litigation experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong legal research, drafting and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, confident and client-focused with the ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support solicitors and help build your own caseload.
• Draft claim forms, pleadings and witness statements.
• Prepare trial bundles and liaise with the County Court; attend hearings.
