• Provide strategic and operational leadership across housing services, asset management and building safety.
• Champion excellent customer service and resident experience.
• Develop strategies and investment plans for safe, high-quality homes.
• Maintain regulatory assurance and risk controls reporting to MD and Board.
• Oversee repairs, lifecycle programmes and contractor performance.
• Use data to identify risks and improve services.
