You will be working as part of a team, managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area, providing an intensive Housing Management Service to a core group of people. This includes directly supporting tenants to manage their tenancies, assisting with benefit claims, and providing information on relevant support services near them.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Conducting initial and regular assessments of potential or actual service users, including risks, needs, and requirements, to determine eligibility for the service and taking necessary actions.
• Working closely with the Asset Management team to ensure property standards are maintained, repairs are reported promptly, and properties are suitable for letting and safe for occupation.
• Maintaining the highest professional standards and service levels, treating everyone with dignity and respect, and collaborating with key internal partners.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
• Enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months. If on the update service, you could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check if not currently held.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Notes:

• The role is Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
• Client-facing role managing a caseload of 14.
• Caseload mainly includes Substance misuse, Mental health, Tenancy, Benefits, and housing service users.
