We have recently had some internal movement within the Strategic Housing Services team, resulting in a vacancy for a Housing Project Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vision of delivering excellent housing services across the Borough.

You will thrive in utilising creativity and available resources to develop innovative and effective approaches to preventing homelessness and supporting those most at risk and in housing need.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and well-rounded candidate with a strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
You will need in-depth working knowledge of the Locata system, the ability to interpret complex policy into practical and effective processes, strong written communication skills to produce clear, user-friendly documentation, and self-motivation with strong project management skills to manage time and priorities effectively.
