Job description

Housing Project Manager

350 - 450 per day

Bristol, Southwest

Temporary Contract, minimum 6 months

Full Time, 37 hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Housing Project Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients on a full-time temporary basis

Daily duties of the Housing Project Manager:

  • Lead and manage a complex, politically sensitive project with high visibility across the city.
  • Deliver strategic and operational solutions to address housing-related challenges involving Vehicle Dwellers, Homelessness, and Gypsy/Traveller communities.
  • Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including local government departments, housing providers, and diverse community groups.
  • Directly manage a team of Project Officers
  • Manage conflicting stakeholder priorities and tensions with professionalism and diplomacy.

Essential requirements of the Housing Project Manager:

  • Experience in managing complex, politically sensitive projects, ideally within sectors such as Housing, Homelessness, Vehicle Dwelling, or Gypsy/Traveller support.
  • Previously worked within the public sector
