Are you passionate about delivering exceptional housing services and making a difference in local communities? We’re recruiting for a Housing Partner to join a well-regarded Housing Association in Bracknell, providing a visible, proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management service. THE ROLE
As a Housing Partner, you will be the trusted face of housing services within your patch, ensuring tenancies are sustained and neighbourhoods are clean, safe and thriving.
  • Deliver face-to-face tenancy management across a defined patch
  • Support customers at key stages of their tenancy including audits and inspections
  • Address tenancy breaches including ASB, abandonment, fraud, and unauthorised alterations
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to support tenancy sustainment
  • Carry out property and estate inspections, ensuring high standards are met
  • Identify support needs and signpost to appropriate services
  • Represent housing at community and multi-agency meetings
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a housing management or neighbourhood-focused role, confident in tenancy and estate management.
  • Level 3 Housing qualification or willingness to enrol within 12 months
  • Experience working with vulnerable customers and multi-agency environments
  • Knowledge of tenancy legislation and enforcement processes
  • Strong communication and case management skills
  • Full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle and business insurance
THE CONTRACT
WORKING HOURS: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 3 Month Contract, potential for extension
RATE: £30.00 per hour LTD / £25.74 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) HOW TO APPLY
