About the Role

This role involves providing comprehensive housing services to our customers, offering advice and assistance on a range of issues to support the delivery of the Tenancy and Estate Management service across Nottingham city. You will also provide effective and high-quality administrative support. It’s a challenging role, but highly rewarding, knowing your contribution matters — everyone needs a safe, decent, and affordable place to live.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within a team and proactively working towards shared targets
  • The ability to stay calm, make accurate and timely decisions under pressure, and manage challenging situations
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to prepare reports, graphs, spreadsheets, and perform administrative duties
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
  • A high level of accuracy in work
  • A supportive approach to customer service and maintaining professional relationships
