An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced individual to join the Kilbirnie Housing Team as a Housing Officer within Housing Services, on a temporary basis until 31 March 2026. As a Housing Officer, you will deliver a range of housing services to customers. You should have experience in a housing-related environment and understand current issues and legislation related to allocations, estate management, rent management, and anti-social behaviour. Excellent IT skills, organizational abilities, adaptability, and effective communication skills are essential, along with the ability to liaise with various agencies.
