Job summary

CHOICEHOUSE LIMITED seeks a Housing Officer (Maternity Cover) to deliver excellent housing management services. The ideal candidate will hold a CIH Level 4 qualification or relevant experience, ensuring efficient housing operations in various patches. Qualifications

• 2 years relevant housing/tentancy management experience.
• 3 years experience as a Housing Officer (or equivalent) within the last 5 years.
• UK full driving license with vehicle for daily business use.

• Manage housing allocations and tenancy management.
• Adapt to operational requirements across multiple patches.

Housing Officer (Maternity Cover) (Temporary For 12 Months) 37 hours Salary Scale:£31,708 £41,391pa Job Reference:HOMC/4951/0625 Choice is seeking to recruit a Housing Officer (Maternity Cover) to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused Housing Management Service to its customers. The successful applicant may be offered a fixed patch or work across multiple patches as a peripatetic depending on operational requirements.
